Join our MTB Expert and Service Manager Dr. Richard Chapman for an amazing workout out at Folsom Lake in Granite Bay. Get technical advice and gain riding confidence with this no drop MTB ride! Items needed are a working bike for this trail. Hydration/nutrition is key as these rides can go for hours and you do not want to bonk in the middle. Helmets are required; pads are optional. Last but not least, a good attitude to socialize with some good people . Rides usually range from 8 - 20 miles and are designed for all levels of riding.
